Connecting Hearts offers a community for families walking through foster care, kinship, and adoption journeys in Solano County, California. We gather monthly to support and learn from each other. This is a safe space where people can process experiences unique to foster families. Connecting Hearts will share biblical tools to navigate through the toughest situations and will be with you to celebrate the joys and victories along the way. Everyone is welcome in this community! Connecting Hearts Ministry (based out of Solano County in Vacaville, California) has a passion for God's children. We are all about building safe, loving communities for families in the foster care process by providing support, resources, and education. Our desire is for every child and family to experience the love of Christ. It is our mission to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
