Connecting Hearts offers a community for families navigating foster care, including reunification, kinship care, fostering, and adoption journeys in Solano County. We gather monthly to support one another and learn together in a safe space where people can process experiences unique to foster families.

Connecting Hearts provides biblical tools and encouragement to help families navigate even the toughest situations, while also celebrating the joys and victories along the way. Everyone is welcome in this community! Connecting Hearts Foster Care Ministry based out of Vacaville, California in Solano County has a passion for God's children. We are all about building safe, loving communities for families in the foster care process by providing support, resources, and education. Our desire is for every child and family to experience the love of Christ. It is our mission to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
